Learn about Self-Cath Shadow Buddy dolls, which can help children and adults learn about intermittent self-catheterisation.

The Self-Cath Shadow Buddy is made to be a friend “just like me” for your paediatric patients. It’s also a great educational tool to help children and adults understand the process of self-catheterisation.

The Shadow Buddies Foundation is a charity dedicated to providing support and knowledge to those with severe illnesses and disabilities. Condition-specific Shadow Buddies dolls are teaching tools for healthcare professionals and the Self-Cath Buddy can provide comfort and confidence for children and adults who need to self-catheterise.
